Forte Kerb and Channel - Slipform - located Beerwah Sunshine Coast

Slipform kerb

Forte has an Arrow 750XL machine and three skilled operators supported by a team experienced in accurate set-out and install with a high-quality finishing. By continuously pouring a wet mix the kerb is a stronger and higher quality product.

Extruded kerb

Forte has two Arrow 770 machines, two experienced operators and a skilled crew focused on delivering reliable, productive pours. The team can pour between 400-700m of kerb in a day depending on the profile and type of job.

Hand-formed kerb

Our team can complete the hand work required to finish the kerb works. Including link-ups between the same profile, transitions between two profiles, corners, and island noses.

Forming kerb to last

Founded in 2023 by Ben Shields, Forte builds on over 20 years of kerbing experience and specialises in slipform and extruded kerb construction in South East Queensland, where Ben is recognised for his expertise.

Working alongside Ben is Jess Ross, whose 20 years of experience in client liaison and operations ensures seamless delivery from initial quoting through to final pour.

Supported by senior operators Cody and Josh, each with more than 15 years in the industry, the team delivers high-output, quality-focused kerb and channel construction with a strong emphasis on productivity and program deadlines.

Based in Beerwah on the Sunshine Coast, Forte employs 10 locals from Gympie to Moreton Bay. Forte is well positioned to service subdivisions, road upgrades, and commercial developments with its experienced team and specialised equipment – an Arrow 750XL Slipformer and two Arrow 770 extrusion machines.
